Returns & Exchanges

At TempoqWatch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your new watch doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TempoqWatch account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Timepiece

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and protective films intact to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our horologists will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days.
